PREP & STORAGE

• For long term storage, shelf life is 365 days when maintained frozen.
• To thaw, place manufactured sealed package under cold running water. Or thaw in refrigerator overnight.
• Use Unopened packages within 60 days of initiating thaw. Once Opened, use within 7 days.
  

SHIPPING

• Shipping will be a flat $20 per box for most states. For others, it will be a calculated rate charged by FedEx for 2Day.
• This fee includes the FedEx shipping charge, cooler, cardboard box, and food-grade gel packs to keep your dogs cool in transit. 
• We only ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your package does not get held up at shipping facilities.
• You can expect to receive your hot dogs within 3-9 days from placing your order. If your order is placed on Monday, it will be processed to ship out on Tuesday. If your order is placed Tuesday-Sunday, it will be processed to ship out on Monday.
