This DIY Bumper is Solidworks designed around a 1993 Toyota FJ80 Land Cruiser and is made for both 1990-1997 Toyota 80 Series Land Cruisers as well as 1995-1997 Lexus LX450s. All of the components have been laser cut out of 7GA (.179) HRPO Mild Steel  with "slot and tab" geometry to ensure proper fitment. The components have additionally been flat packed to ensure the most secure and economical shipment and transportation.

This bumper weighs around 66 pounds prior to shipping, making it one of the lightest aftermarket bumpers with an excellent approach angle.

Recovery points are in line with the frame, and are sandwiched between two 7GA plates ensuring they are strong and up to those hard tugs.

Lead times: Due to being made to order lead times are around 2-4 weeks.

Stinger: Short and tall, Tubes will come pre-bent and with wrapper templates for notching!

Fairlead:

Since the bumper is based around a slim fairlead, every winch bumper ships with a fairlead!

Flares: The Non-flared variant sits close to flush of the body, The Flared variant is based around a 1997 LX 450 

Lights:

Cutouts are made around a universal 3.5" square light pod and 14" light bar. They are NOT designed around any specific brand, some modification may be required to ensure proper fitment and function. 

Winch:

Winch mount is designed around a 10x4.5 bolt pattern which caters to most 9-12K winch brands on the market. The winch electronics are required to be relocated and some additional modifications may be required for proper fit and finish.

Further confirmation on the end user bias is necessary to ensure proper installation of both the lights and winch.
