The Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle for the LML Duramax trucks is a comprehensive kit for those who want everything they need in one package. This kit works perfectly even if you plan to stick with the factory turbo or injection system, as it maximizes performance in those systems. Additionally, it works well with drop-in style turbochargers and aftermarket injection systems.

Cold Air Intake

The Cold Air Intake in the Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle significantly improves the factory setup. HSP Diesel increased the intake tube size to a 4 1/2" design to bring in as much air as possible. Paired with a high-quality filter and an open design, the intake uses a heat shield box to prevent hot air from the engine bay from being sucked in. This setup has shown, on average, a 20 horsepower and 58 pounds of torque increase on the dyno.

Upper Coolant Tube

The upper coolant tube in this package is a valuable addition, both for aesthetics and functionality. Switching to a metal upper coolant tube eliminates the possibility of a cracked rubber piece. With multiple color options, this can make your engine bay stand out.

Factory Replacement Coolant Tank

The factory coolant tank in the Duramax engine is prone to failure and discoloration. The Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle includes a Factory Replacement Coolant Tank made from CNC bent and cut aluminum, hand-assembled for durability. This tank uses factory provisions and a low coolant sensor, ensuring a seamless drop-in design.
