This Home Solar Inspection Agreement is designed for contractors who sell solar system inspection services and system upgrades, such as the addition of a new storage device, solar panels or other desired system improvements.  Many homeowners of existing solar systems and new home purchasers desire these types of services. The Agreement includes an optional Change Order Addendum for the purchase of solar system upgrades and services once the inspection process is completed.  If you are not located in California, you might prefer our generic Home Solar Inspection Agreement that does not contain California specific provisions.
