Two King penguins stand closely in the remote sub-Antarctic Island of South Georgia. This was a very special shot Mark captured as was actually selected as a favourite by the whole ships expedition team for a wedding gift of our Expedition Leader at the time who got married in a tiny church on South Georgia. I don't like to anthropomorphise animals but this one can't help to think about romance and in fact King penguins do create very unique bonds and both parents help to care for the egg and chick
