As you may see from my other photos, I often like a quite zoomed out perspective and to capture the environment  aswel as the subject. This shot I choose to focus on the faces of these beautiful charismatic little penguins and show the amazing detail of their faces. You can see their tightly packed feather which is an adaptation to help withstand the extreme cold. It does not leave much to the imagination to figure where they got their names from. They also have exquisite red/orange eyes with really stand out against their black and white feathers.
