Each economical and versatile Sweet's DIY Kit contains dried elderberries from Europe, plus Sweet's signature spice blend of cinnamon, clove, and ginger. 

Simply simmer packet contents in filtered water using the easy-to-follow package directions.  Then add your sweetener of choice to create up to 32 ounces of syrup.

Shelf-stable kits should be stored in a cool, dry place.  Finished product must be refrigerated and consumed within 3 months.  Syrup may be frozen for longer storage.
