Introduction:
Patek Philippe 544A Vintage stainless steel Calatrava.  Circa 1940, The watch is made with hooded lugs and measures 34 x 37mm in diameter and fitted with a 12-120 PS caliber movement # 920081 / 506856.  The watch was retailed by Freccero in Uruguay South America.  The watch has its original rose dial with raised rose gold hour markers.
