All natural Rainbow Moonstone (gorgeous blue flash!) and Sonoran Gold Turquoise set in .999 fine and .925 sterling silver. All hand crafted and one of a kind. Ear climber has an ear post toward the bottom that goes into ear piercing in earlobe and then has an semi adjustable ear cuff toward top. Cuff can be opened and closed to fit the ear.

This is meant for the RIGHT EAR. 

Please note I am modeling the ear climber and I have gauged ears so I'm not able to wear the ear post ha! It sits a little low on me for that reason.
