Believe It President Adams, President Garfield & President Harrison - Big 1920s Deck Plan W/ Interiors Now 80% Cheaper [NGDCfyOl]

Dollar Steamship Line: A fold-out (24" by 36") deck plan from the late-1920s when this trio of former United States Shipping Board vessels - PRESIDENT ADAMS, PRESIDENT GARFIELD, and PRESIDENT HARRISON, sailed around the world.

While none of these ships were especially beautiful to look at, they carried single class passengers on three decks and a lot of cargo. The plans are large and color-coded and backed up by sample cabin lay-outs.

Surprisingly for the time, most cabins had private baths. The deck plan also shows an interesting feature - two deluxe suites at the fore of Upper Promenade Deck. The suites had a bedroom, living room, large bath, and a trunk room. The adjacent big staterooms could be added in to create a suite fit for the Windsors.

Big b&w photos show the interiors: Dining Room, Social Hall, Smoking Room, Swimming Pool, a cabin, and the Verandah Cafe.

These ships roamed the world into the mid-1930s until the Depression ended Dollar Line service.
