The stainless steel briquette trays, sear zone burners, rotisserie burners and drip pans are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years. All other grill components are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For one (1) year from the date of original purchase your Twin Eagles grill warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. When used in a multi-user setting (bed and breakfast inn and private clubs), Twin Eagles warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This multi-user warranty excludes restaurants and settings where grill usage is primarily commercial.
