This listing is for one mug with a horse design.

The mug was thrown on the potter’s wheel and the horse was hand-painted on before firing. The mug is made from stoneware clay was fired in an electric kiln to cone 6. Liquid gold was painted on the mug for a third firing to adorn the horses in real 18 karat gold.

The glaze is a creamy buff color on the outside with my rose (soft pink) glaze on the inside and flowing over the outside with a gold hand-painted jumping horse and rider. 

The mug is NOT microwave and dishwasher safe. Due to the addition of REAL GOLD this mug should NOT go in the microwave (it’s metal) and dishwasher use is not recommended due to strong chemicals that are often found in detergents that could wear away the gold over time.
