Processing and Shipping Times: 

- All items are made to order and completed in the order they were received. 

- My current processing time is 7-10 business days for ready to ship tumblers. Creating these tumblers is a lengthy process. It requires drying and curing time. If you need a tumbler for a specific date, please message me prior to placing an order to make sure I can accomodate you. 

- Shipping times vary based on where you live. Most tumblers are received within 3-5 days of when they are shipped.

By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following: 

Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item created. 

Please be provide the correct spelling of the name you want on your tumbler. I cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you did not provide the correct spelling. 

Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. 

Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an impossible thing to get rid of. 

All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.
