Wear them with form fitted clothing or tape the magnet to your back creating the appearance of the wings growing out of your skin. Tape is not included. We recommend skin colored duct tape for the strongest hold. If you have sensitive skin please use precaution in choosing the best option for you, such as athletic tape of body tape.
