Handmade solid wood sealed wire cheese cutting board made from assorted woods: maple, hackberry, sycamore, red elm, coffeenut, tulip poplar, black cherry, black locust, and/or black walnut. Approximately 6" x 11.75" x .75".

Care instructions:
Never put in the dishwasher. Hand wash with soap and water. Remove excess water and allow to completely air dry on all sides before putting away. Apply oil as needed but avoid vegetable oils as they can go rancid. Mineral or coconut oils are recommended. To disinfect, wipe with vinegar or lemon juice. Let stand for 1 minute, rinse. Apply oil.
