You will receive the digital draft design via email within 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS after payment has been received 

• Rush Turnaround:    Same day

You will receive the digital draft design via email the SAME DAY after payment has been received 

PRINTING INFORMATION

• Once you have received your digital file, download and save them on your PC

• You can then print your digital design using your home colour printer or at your local print shop. You may also upload the files to an online print shop.

PLEASE NOTE

• Colours may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product.
• Keep in mind that we can’t be responsible for printing errors or outcomes since we don’t have any control over the quality of the printers, ink and paper used

REFUNDS

• Due to the nature of digital files, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES and NO REFUNDS can be offered. We will, however, revise your backdrop until you are satisfied with the result.

HOW IT WORKS:

• After you placed your order, you will receive a draft and just until you are satisfied and approve it, your custom digital design will be sent to your email address

• You have 3 revisions

• During your checkout you will be ask to upload files / photo and add NOTES (this is the moment to include all details such as: wording, colours, etc you might want to customized your digital design), also you can send us images and contact us at [email protected]
