This Swiss raclette cheese by Emmi is imported from Switzerland. The quarter piece is about 3.5lbs. The square and round wheels from Emmi are the same cheese, just a different form. We recommend to buy the square pieces if you are using a raclette grill with square dishes. The cheese is easier cut into even pieces that fit into the dish.
The soft, buttery cheese with a slight nutty flavor is an excellent choice for your next raclette dinner. Vacuum sealed it has a shelf live of 4 month. Made in Switzerland.

The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice.
