This raclette cheese is imported from Switzerland, made by Emmi, one of the biggest Swiss dairy producers. The half square is about 7 lbs.
If using a raclette grill the square piece is much easier to cut in regular slices to fit into square dishes.
It's a soft, buttery cheese with a slight nutty flavor. This Swiss cheese is an excellent choice for your next raclette dinner. Vacuum sealed it has a shelf life of 4 month.

Shipping

The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice. Please allow for a fee of $4.00 to cover the cost of ice and foil.
