Thai Curry Paste Workshop with Dave - $89 per person

Have you ever hand ground your own Thai Curry Paste from scratch? In this class that’s exactly what we’re going to do! Dave will give you a run-down of the ingredients that make up these two pastes and then we’re off to grind them, by hand, in a large stone mortar. This process is laborious and will take continuous hand grinding with your partner – PLEASE keep that in mind before signing up! Once the pastes are made two groups will make a Red Curry and the other two groups will make a Green Curry dish, but don’t worry – you’ll get to taste them both!  This is a hands-on class taught in our workshop format! This class is Gluten Free.
