This class is going to explore some of the most exciting dishes Turkey has to offer while talking about how the geographical location between Europe and Asia played a part in the creation of Modern Turkish Cuisine. If you have been wanting to learn about new ingredients and cooking styles you won’t want to miss this class! This is a hands-on class.
