The nurse Otsuji proving her sincerity and commitment by praying under a waterfall for the life of Botaro, a young man who’s life was being threatened by the killer of his father. Botaro lives to avenge his father’s death, and his story was immortalized in the kabuki play “A Child’s Revenge”.
