**What is TPR sole material? The outsole of the shoe (the part that touches the ground) is made of ThermoPlastic Rubber, a synthetic material that acts like rubber but contains no natural latex (Latex is an allergen, and for those with a serious allergy, latex can even be life-threatening). To avoid the possibility of any allergic reaction, we use TPR soles which makes our shoes safe for anyone to wear. TPR has essentially the same performance as natural latex rubber outsoles.
