Design Process

Designing the artistic lion plush doll was a challenging and rewarding process. Our team experimented for a month and made four versions before achieving the desired effect.

We are proud of the final outcome, which can be seen in the picture.

Version 1:

In the first version, we identified certain design flaws, particularly the disproportioned face.

Version 2:

So, we decided to make a second version, which was a significant improvement. However, we found that the peach Brushed Twill fabric used in the first two versions was unpleasant to touch.

Version 3:

The third version showed promise with better proportions, but unfortunately, the lion's mane didn't stand up as intended due to the softness of the minky fabric. However, the new fabric utilized in the third version has improved the overall touch and feel.

Version 4:

So, we added sponge to the inside of the lion's mane to support it in the fourth version. Also, we made the eyes blue color. Our entire design team agreed that the final product looked beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
