Discover Wwii German Model 1940 Single Decal Army Helmet, Camouflage Finish Set [OuiewZJz]-This is a lightly camouflaged combat example with brushed on finish. It appears to be field grey with a touch of tan but it is hard to say. The side of the helmet has a toned army eagle decal that was painted around and remains 75% intact. The interior features a soft, size 57 brown leather liner that has some wear, discoloration and scuffing from use plus a hole and a few tiny tears. There is a drawstring and a zinc liner band. The side of the interior is stamped SE 64 indicating production by Sachsische Emaillerwerke the size of 64. The rear skirt is stamped with the lot number 8365. There is a brown leather chinstrap that is slightly shortened. A very good example overall!
