Absinthe Robette

No spirit is as notorious as absinthe, and no image so closely associated with the decadent liquor as this highly sexualized Art Nouveau masterpiece. The diaphanous gown and stylized tendrils of mist suggest the surreal and sensual journey upon which the "green fairy" would enchant you if you succumb to her heady, scented lures.

This print was created by photographing the original antique poster in the Century Guild museum archive.
