EFT UV Unlimited Tanning for $79.  MINIMUM commitment is 3 months.  A 15-day notice is required prior to cancellation of service AFTER the first 3-months.

Paperwork must be signed in Beach Gypsy in person.

May alternate between UV sessions & Red Light Therapy Bed sessions

1 month package expires 30-days from start of tan package

Non-transferrable

We do not offer vacation holds

There are No Refunds or transfers made for any unused tanning sessions or products

No sharing of tan packages between individuals

Must be 18 years of age with valid drivers license for UV 

Tanning waiver must be signed prior to tanning

Protective eyewear is required during UV Tanning & RLT 

Must allow 24 hours between tanning sessions per FDA recommendations. (note there is a 2-hour grace period for scheduling purposes)

Beach Gypsy reserves the right to refuse services to any client for any reason if found necessary
