Vintage Oliver Ball Ft. Worth Texas black floral carved leather OWB holster. This is Right draw for a Smith & Wesson Model 19 K frame revolver 4". Slot will fit a belt up to 1 3/4" Date of 1930 written in pencil on back. Holster a Hank Sloan FBI style holster with flap to protect the hammer from snagging your clothing. Hammer guard has some very light surface cracks best observed in last photo.

Oliver ball was a Robbery / Homicide detective in Ft. Worth Texas who started in law enforcement in 1940. He made holsters in his off time for fellow officers. Very nicely made holster, beautifully carved and difficult to find..
