This blue feather hat is the cat's pajamas and a rich shade somewhere between cobalt and aqua blue. Layers upon layers of feathers seem to float upon a cloche style hat trimmed inside with a matching velvet band, and floral motif lining. Research points us in the direction that Wilshire was also affiliated with Wilshire of California. Such a fun kitschy hat, and perfect for photo shoots and theater productions.
