These snatch straps are manufactured locally with high-quality webbing. They include anti-recoil straps to prevent strap recoil in case of breakage. The nylon webbing used in the straps can stretch up to 10-15% before reaching full effect.

The 50,000Kg snatch straps are suitable for SP Harvesters, SP Boomsprays, Tractor and trailed boomsprays, smaller 4WD and air-seeder combinations, and single trailer truck units. They can handle pulling forces of up to approximately 300-350HP.

For secure attachment, a 17.5 Tonne Rated Shackle is recommended to suit the 50,000Kg snatch strap. The shackle weighs 7.2kg and has a 43mm pin.

It is also recommended to use a Bridle on the stuck machine, especially for SP Sprayers and Harvesters. The 6-metre Bridle, rated at 50,000Kg, attaches to two positions on the vehicle, allowing for a center line pull and spreading the load to two points.

For the Bridle, two 9 Tonne Rated Shackles are required. All shackles provided are European rated.
