Inspiration:
"My inspiration for this piece came from how completely alluring this scene is - I want to jump into the picture and dive into the water. It was the perfect vacation energy I was trying to encapsulate with Other People’s Vacations, complete with steep cliffs dropping into the ocean and rows of beach umbrellas, but what sets it apart from others in the series is an array of figures: a couple in the waves, two friends taking a selfie, a baby playing in the sand, and a singular girl with goggles pausing before a swim in the waves."
