Those waterfall fair cups are hand-thrown and fired by potter Wu who makes our star series -Milky Series in Jingdezhen. Wu has engaged in crafting pottery for 27 years since his young apprenticeship. Wu is known for inimitable milky-way patterns on wood-fired works which is a result of his time spent on endless trials. He blends the ceramic or clay himself and develops a unique firing technique so as to extend the range of wood-fired possibilities to the utmost extent and create something which is capable of sparkling in the eyes.

The faircup  is characterized by the bamboo shape and large-scale light green drips which is created in a complicated firing process, allowing an image of a group of waterfalls. Being fired in the kiln for three days and nights, the faircup turns out vitrified with cracks throughout, proving an aesthetic enhancement.
Both fair cups hold roughly 170ml liquid. As the spout is expertly pinched out widely, the spout certainly guarantees a fast and large pour. With the rim pinched out slightly, the fair cup is good for holding.
