Here's a wonderful matching pair of silver tone 1917 Melba powder and rouge compacts with mirrors.

One is a powder compact that is 2 inches in diameter and in wonderful condition. It has a ever so slightly hazy mirror, but still very usable. There is some of the powder and powder plate remaining, as well as the original used powder putt. The smaller compact measures approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter and has a ever so slightly hazy mirror, and is clean inside. Both pieces are in fantastic condition; with no dents, dings, rust or corrosion on either piece. Both open and close as they should. Both are hallmarked on the bottom with the "Melba" hallmark.
