AliMed Stay-Put Wheelchair Cushion with T-Gel Plus and Solid Seat Insert (SSI) The cushion you can’t lose! The Stay-Put Cushion attaches to the wheelchair and remains in the chair when folded. Caretakers never have to worry about losing or misplacing a cushion again. The cushion is hinged in the center and is securely fastened under the sling seat using plastic snap clips. When the wheelchair is folded the cushion stays on the chair. Open the chair and the cushion is already there ready for use.

Stay-Put Cushion with T-Gel Plus and SSI combines a T-Gel top made of a soft, rubber-like elastomer that mimics fatty tissue and moves with the skin to minimize shear with a layer of slow-recovery T-Foam that molds to the body for superior support and pressure relief. The integrated solid seat base with convex wedge shape fills sagging wheelchair sling seats, overcoming hammocking and reducing the risk of forward sliding for a flatter, more supportive positioning surface.
