Made of Tru-Relief viscoelastic memory foam this cushion provides moderate positioning and helps prevent leg abduction, forward thrusting and sacral sliding. The maintenance-free Contour Plus Cushion is ideal for residents with moderate to high risk of skin breakdown or Stage II or III wounds. Covers are made of an incontinence resistant material designed to wick away moisture from patients skin. They are machine washable, low friction, and feature a rubberized, skid resistant bottom to help prevent cushions from sliding out from underneath even the most active patient. Black.
