This is a vintage original poster issued by the Austrian government tourism office to promote Austria as a ski destination. This poster features the photography of noted Austrian skiing instructor, ski pioneer and photographer Frank “Hoppi” Hoppichler who had been coach of the Austrian national ski team and director of Austria’s famed Bundessportheim ski training academy. The lower margin indicates the poster was printed by G. Gistel & Cie. of Austria and “B 7415” which we believe indicates a 1974 publication date.

This poster looks unused and shows only light handling wear. Overall condition is very good.
