This is vintage original home plan advertising poster issued by the Weyerhaeuser 4-Square Home Building Service. This poster features Design No. 5149-NB which is a small Atomic Age home. This poster features a large full color illustration of the completed home along with floor plans and descriptive information. The lower right hand corner has document code “HP-196” and is printed “9-53” which we take to indicate a 1953 publication date.

This poster is an original artifact of the post-war Atomic Age industrial boom that saw millions of Americans move to the suburbs and realize the dream of home ownership for the first time. This poster is printed one side only, folded as issued and in very good clean condition with just light handling wear.
