33-layers of Damascus on each side surround the Japanese VG10 Steel Core. Built to last and retain sharpness so that you will never need another Chef's Knife again.

Each blade undergoes an extensive 55-hour vacuum heat treatment followed by annealing and a cryogenic process, to ensure maximum durability & edge retention. The blade is double beveled with a 15° edge that allow extreme sharp and precise cuts.

The Dynasty Paring Knife has a beautiful Sycamore Wood Handle that is uniquely curved for a stronger grip as well as an enhanced aesthetic. The handle is smooth to the touch but also extremely durable with a suitable weight.
