Meet our Korean Buncheong Ceramic Highstand Round Plate, wheelthrown and handcrafted by a ceramist in Korea. The plate was fired in a kiln after being dipped in white clay slip, a technique called Dumbung Buncheong (덤벙분청) which is unique to Korea, and then glazed with transparent glaze and fired in the kiln for the second time. It is perfect for serving appetizers, main dish and/or dessert.
The pottery maker's mark is located on the lower part of the foot.
