Durable Winter Scene With Pond, Boat, Greetings, And Red Sky, Antique Folk Art Painting On Tin Collection [juKQg6kG]

I found this one in New Hampshire this week, in an ugly newer frame, from which I was eager to extract it, and delighted to discover it was in fact painted on a heavy sheet of tin. (Happily, the urge to paint manifests itself on whatever surface one might find.) The rich pinks of the sky and settling sun--or full rising moon?--is what drew me to it from across the room (with a nice reflection in the pond too) but what sold me are the three figures, boy and father I'd bet on shore, seemingly awaiting the arrival of the boat, and my favorite to boater himself in black coat and red scarf, arm extended straight out as if reaching toward them. Feels stark and cozy at once, like winter. 

11 3/4" x 9", oil on heavy tin. Good antique condition, late 19th/very early 20th I believe. A bit of minor paint loss visible on the white of snow in a couple of patches, and one white scuff on the sail of the boat as documented.
