This is an antique Shelley china, England souvenir crested china cup and saucer made between 1912-1925 in the Dainty shape.
The bone china cup and saucer bears the coat of arms for Middlesborough in Yorkshire.
The hand painted cobalt paint is flow blue so that it is a bit smeared looking but that was why it was called flow blue.
The set is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks but does show wear to the gold trim and a manufacturing flaw of a popped bubble, and a few mineral specks.
A very collectible piece.
