The kit features many kinds of materials and siding; clapboard, scribed, board by board, corrugated. The unique kiln building, shown center is covered in steel panels, a great place to show off the rusty weathering techniques. The second story office above the open air platform is covered in board by board planks. In the middle, a corrugated section that features a water tank.At the sawmill end, a long stairway makes its way up to the mill loft.

Included; laser cut clapboard and scribed wood walls, laser cut roof cards, wall sections, mold injected and laser cut doors and windows, metal cast and plastic detail parts, color signage as shown and more.
