This is a black, molded plastic deep feeder. It's made of one piece of plastic so it won't leak! This feeder goes into the hive body and takes the place of 1 frame. It will hold about a gallon of syrup. The inside of the feeder is textured to help reduce drowning.
The style of these have slightly changed from pervious versions! Caps and ladders of the older style may not fit the same on this version.
This can also be fitted with a cap and ladders, item number M526A, to further reduce drowning. (Sold separately.)
