This three story HO Scale apartment building will stand with distinction among your small town or big city, and in just about any model railroad era. The corner block edifices each have a long multi-shop storefront including a dry cleaner, driving school, textiles seller and a furniture auction. Two handsome arched entrances punctuate the center of each facade, with steps leading to the apartment doors.

The L Shaped plan reveals more action alongside the alley ways where clotheslines cast shadows across the rear yard, along with a coal bin and utility entrance. Three floors up on the roof sits a can't-miss-it sized billboard hanging on steel zig zag truss work. Nearby two roof access and utility sheds stand, covered with TV antennas. 

This kit was designed as a companion building to our Metzger Building HO kit.

The kit features many details including a multi gang electric meter casting, our new TV antennas, sewer grates, fire call box, laser printed clothes for the clothes line, fire escapes, the massive rooftop billboard along with numerous signs of various types and sizes, metal and plastic detail parts, laser cut sidewalks, plastic windows and doors and detailed assembly instructions and templates.
