This is an American antique quilt made circa 1940s to 1960s. It is a traditional Lone Star Quilt Pattern. We love the pastel colorway, this is a dreamy spring time piece! The quilt is exquisite for its crisp points, meticulous hand sewing, and museum-worthy hand quilting. In our opinion, it is lightweight, and has a buttery soft and flattering drape. It is made with a super super premium cotton. We love that the maker used a coordinating pastel yellow fabric for the quilt backing (inside of jacket). You will want to cuff the sleeves to show this off! Please note there are a few very minor pen dot size age marks on the back of the jacket. They were hard to pick up in our images and we have added an iphone photo at the end for your convenience. • The shawl collar allows for several different style options. This jacket is meant to be worn right side up or upside down.
• This jacket has two clear snaps that disappear into the fabric at the bottom of the shawl collar to help the lapel drape nicely.

This is what makes them a one-of-a-kind piece of art. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend spot cleaning if necessary.
