Liquid Fungal Microbial Root Colonizer

Piranha employs the use of beneficial microbes in order to create a healthier more natural environment for roots and leaves. Piranha beneficial fungi colonize the roots with 18 species of endmycorrhizal and ectomycorrhizal fungi, in addition to eight species of trichoderma. Trichoderma are energetic fungal root colonizers that are present in all soils, many species in this genus can be characterized as opportunistic avirulent plant symbionts. Mycorrhizal fungi also live in a symbiotic relationship with plants exchanging their very large surface area to absorb water and minerals nutrients from the soil improving the mineral absorption capabilities of plant roots. Some plants are incapable of taking up immobilized phosphate ions where mycorrhizal fungi can access these phosphorus sources making them available to the plants they colonize. Mycorrhizal fungi excrete powerful natural chemicals that increase nutrient availability and root water retention, retard soil pathogens, and create a more aerated, porous soil structure that can expand surface area of root mass by as much as 700%.

Piranha works wonders for roots but also works well as a foliar spray that protects plants against harmful fungi that attack leaves and flowers, such as Pythium, Pytophethoria, Rhizoctania solani, Fusarium, Botrytis cinerea (grey mold), Sclerotium rolfsii, and Sclerotinia homoeocarpa. Documented research shows that Piranha improves root nutrient and water uptake while increasing plant resistance to soil diseases and environmental stress. Plants treated with Piranha have more flowers and fruit, and produce bigger harvests, especially when Piranha is used with its companion product, Voodoo Juice.
