The CenturionPro 3.0 reel blade, also known as the cutting reel, is 5" in diameter and 18 1/2‚ in length. This machine has a whipping 11 blades on the cutting reel. Each blade is comprised of Toro-hardened steel. This reel is what allows the CenturionPro 3.0 trimmer to produce 25,000 cuts per minute.

The layout of the cutting reel is designed to allow 11 blades (double what the competition offers), as well as an optimized blade surface. This reduces the time the bud spends in the machine and maximizing the number of cuts per minute. As a result, this preserves precious trichomes as well as ensuring the bud is finished when it exits the tumbler.

Lastly, the 3.0 has a D2 hardened blade that keeps the reel blades consistently sharp. This allows us to guarantee speed, precision and a consistently sharp cut every time.
