Easy To Use Cantillon Cuvée Saint-gilloise Gadget [RsBUrgDO]

When it comes to beer, Cantillon is the holy grail, and for lovers of wine, there is no substitute. Cantillon spontaneously ferments their lambics, also referred to as sour beers, with natural yeasts. Made from about 35% wheat, 65% malted barley, and relatively small amounts of aged hops.

Saint-Gilloise is a two-year-old lambic infused with HallertauMittelfrüh hops. Like all the beers produced at Cantillon Brewery Cuvée Saint-Gilloise will keep for a very long time in a good cellar, but also like all hopped beers it is best drunk when young so as to be able to fully enjoy the floral aspect of the hops.
