This product is prepared as a positive control for separation (using SDS-PAGE followed by Western Blot analysis). This lysate has been prepared in a denaturing buffer in the absence of disassociating agents. If dissociating conditions are required, add the reducing agent prior to heating. To use, heat to 95°C for 5 minutes, then rapidly cool. Optimial dilution should be determined by the user, typically between 10ug and 20ug per lane is recommended. Store at -70°C or below. If not using the entire volume immediately, store single-use aliquots to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
