Essential Rat Pi Elisa Kit Now 45% Cheaper [P3Zd7BGm] from Innovative Research is a highly sensitive sandwich enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) for measuring PI in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Reagents for up to 96 tests. This ELISA Kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this Kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat PI. Samples (or Standards) are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat PI and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat PI, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 ▒ 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat PI. You can calculate the concentration of Rat PI in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.More Details: Detection Target: PI Reactivity: Rat Range: 0.31 - 20ng/mL Sensitivity: 0.19ng/mL Storage Conditions: An unopened kit can be stored at 2 - 8 ░C for 1 month unless otherwise specified in the kit documetation. If the kit is not supposed to be used within 1 month, store the components separately upon receipt according to the directions accompanying the kit., At Innovative Research, we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results. For research use only.
