Mr. Fumio Inagaki is a custom knifemaker in Seki, and my longtime friend since he was working for Master Seizo Imai 30 years ago. After opening his own workshop, he is aggressively attending many knife shows in Japan with his unique hand-made knives from miniature knives to large Bowie type knives. Mr. Inagaki's Knife is tough and wild as same as his personal characteristics!  

We would like you to experience the extremely sharp and longer cutting performance of the Hitachi ZDP-189 premium powdered Hi-speed Tool steel with a very high carbon (3.0%) and high chromium (20.0%) in Rockwell hardness HRc. 65+. It is getting harder to obtain this premium steel, and also is difficult to work with.

FI-640 ZDP Folding Hunter, 3-1/4" Hitachi ZDP-189 Mirror polished Hamaguri-ba (Convex) Spear point blade with thumb stud and swedge on back, 4-1/2" Hand rounded Sambar Stag handle with Black Micarta bolster (FI-640A) or Desert Ironwood handle with Black Micarta bolster (FI-640B) with 420J2 Stainless steel Screws and Liners, Liner-lock function. Comes with Zippered Black Nylon pouch with soft white padding.
